An 11-year-old student wrote a kill list at a local learning center in Deltona. The School Resource Deputy confirmed the student does not have access to any weapons. However, the child is facing a felony charge for making a written threat to kill. While school threats have decreased recently, Sheriff Chitwood continues to emphasize to students and parents that these types of threats will result in felony charges.
