An important reminder to stay vigilant and look out for one another. An older adult was recently defrauded of a significant amount of money, but thanks to a thorough investigation, Mesa Police was able to recover a substantial portion of the stolen funds. Scams can happen to anyone. If something doesn’t feel right, speak up and report it—quick action can make a difference. Together, we can help protect our loved ones and our community from fraud.
