An officer ran a registration check on a vehicle and discovered the plates were expired. Moments later, the car stopped in the middle of an intersection for no reason. When police initiated a stop, the driver identified herself, but the two passengers refused to cooperate. Officers suspected the front passenger was Joseph, a wanted man with a warrant. Further investigation confirmed that all three had prior retail theft charges and were on probation. #eauclaire #wisconsin #coloring #cops #police Subscribe for more from BodyCam Raw Wisconsin: Find and watch full episodes on our site: / @bodycamrawwisconsin Facebook - / profile.php . .
