A report of public indecency on a bustling beach led to a swift law enforcement response. Officers were dispatched to a coastal avenue following a caller's report of two individuals engaged in sexual activity. Upon locating the couple, and after obtaining video evidence from witnesses confirming the lewd conduct, officers informed both individuals of their arrest for public indecency. They were allowed to dress and gather their belongings before being handcuffed and transported separately to the police department for processing.
