What starts with police officers asking a man why he's at his parents’ home turns into a heated police arrest. Officers learn that James has been trespassed and barred from the property. He says he only stopped there for a few minutes because his ankle was hurting and insists he wasn't trying to break into the house. He also tells officers he has somewhere else to go. But when law enforcement attempts to take him to jail, he refuses to go quietly. The police bodycam footage captures the struggle as James repeatedly says he “didn’t do nothing,” argues with the officers, and makes accusations during the police encounter. The situation escalates as officers attempt to place him in custody. James later claims excessive force and complains about his handcuffs. The man was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a police officer.
