Christmas Eve was supposed to be a time for family and celebration for Marcella Anderson, but it quickly transformed into every parent's worst fear. While stranded at a bustling Chicago bus station with her two young daughters, a seemingly kind stranger used the spirit of the holidays to gain Marcella's trust. This woman offered a helping hand and a ride home, only to disappear into a sea of travelers the moment Marcella turned her back. This documentary follows the relentless pursuit by the FBI and local detectives as they battle against a ticking clock where every hour reduces the chances of a safe recovery.
