On September 23, 2024, Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a serious crash on I-94. A 25 year old woman was found unconscious after a Milwaukee crash, with purple lips and no apparent breathing. A deputy administered Narcan, then police discovered WHITE POWDER in her vehicle. This real police bodycam footage captured a shocking Milwaukee crash investigation that took an unexpected turn. When Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies arrived, the 25-year-old driver was unconscious and reportedly not breathing. Her lips appeared blue/purple, and a deputy administered Narcan before EMS transported her to the hospital. But the investigation did not end at the crash scene. Several hours later, a deputy met the woman at the hospital and questioned her about what had happened before the crash and whether she had taken anything that could have impaired her driving. She said no. The deputy then revealed that a search of the vehicle had uncovered a white powdery substance. The woman was placed under arrest for OWI and operating after revocation related to an OWI offense. The deputy also read Wisconsin's implied consent warning and requested an evidentiary blood test. According to the source information, court records showed that she was later booked on felony OWI 4th offense, felony drug possession, and operating after revocation.
