Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At approximately 3:29 a.m. on October 25, 2023, Patrolmen Thomas Wilson and Patrick Weimer of the Holmdel Township Police Department responded to a report of a noise complaint. When Patrolman Wilson arrived on scene, he saw a woman in a gray 2023 Honda Civic sleeping in the vehicle while listening to loud music. The woman, later identified as 19-year-old Isabella, was awakened and asked to park the vehicle. Isabella did not appear to be able to understand his instructions and he also detected the odor of alcohol when he spoke to her. Patrolman Weimer arrived on scene shortly thereafter to assist. Isabella was asked for her driver's license, but she could not get it out herself. Patrolman Wilson asked her if she had been drinking, and she admitted to drinking alcohol that night. Isabella did not understand the officers’ questions, and the officers initially wanted to perform sobriety exercises. However, she almost fell over, and the officers decided it would not be safe to perform sobriety exercises. Isabella was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and taken to Holmdel Township Police Headquarters by Patrolman Wilson for further processing. At police headquarters, Isabella was read the standard statement for motor vehicle drivers and she agreed to provide breath samples for testing. Her Alcotest revealed a BAC value of 0.216%, which is almost three times the legal limit of 0.08%. At the conclusion of the stop, Isabella was examined by first responders and taken to the hospital for further evaluation before being released. The following citations were issued against her: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving and Open Container in a Motor Vehicle.
