Charles in Charge. Until he wasn't. Police and US Marshals came to a residence to look for a man with open felony warrants. The only person home at the time was Charles, the father of the wanted man. Charles, who exited the home in spandex short shorts, asserted his rights and made it known that his son wasn't home. Police learned after an exhaustive search of the residence that the man was not home. As the officers were leaving the residence, Charles allegedly exited his home with a holding a handgun. A tense stand-off concluded when an officer fired a non-lethal beanbag cartridge at Charles. He was overtaken by officers, arrested and charged.
