At around 1:00 a.m., a New Jersey police officer stopped a female driver for erratic driving and loud music. The officer quickly suspected alcohol involvement and called in a DUI specialist to perform sobriety tests. During the field tests, the woman became increasingly uncooperative and argumentative, refusing instructions and accusing officers of being “extra.” When told she was under arrest, she resisted and even attempted to bite an officer. She was ultimately charged with: - Driving Under the Influence (DUI) - Resisting Arrest - Obstructing the Administration of Law - Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer Additionally, she was found to have an outstanding warrant out of West New York valued at $11,000.
