Responding to a hit-and-run, deputies located a silver 2018 Subaru WRX STI with significant front-end damage abandoned near a movie theater entrance. The driver, found nearby, exhibited clear signs of intoxication, including repeatedly falling and face-planting into his damaged vehicle, despite his persistent denials of impairment.
