The police also arrested a 49-year-old male, of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Unlawful Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6C(1)] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(2)]. Both Mr. Latimore and Mr. Jeter were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
