A woman told 911 her boyfriend hit her. The officer's camera shows the SUV ramming his car and a passing car, then shots. 81 days later it rolls at a meat market, where staff hold a man off with a broom. The driver was hit and survived. He pleaded guilty to assaulting the officer with the vehicle and to being a felon with a gun, and the shooting was ruled justified. The man at the market was arrested for resisting, battery on an officer, trespass and battery, all misdemeanors, and left with a broken leg. Same officer, two uses of force. Was he right both times?
