Sheriff's deputies were called to a local store after receiving reports of a woman who refused to leave the premises when asked by staff. When deputies arrived on scene, they met Jo, who was already known to the deputies. Jo was asked by the deputies to vacate the business and not to return, and she proceeded to exit the business. Shortly thereafter, Jo returned to the store and refused to leave. She prompted deputies to arrest her, but they expressed that she should just leave. Eventually the handcuffs came out and Jo started making demands that they call Sean Spicer, the former White House Press Secretary of the Trump administration, who Jo said she knew.
