The driver, appearing incoherent and emitting an odor of alcohol, subsequently failed multiple field sobriety exercises and registered a 0.125% BAC on a preliminary breath test. Placed under arrest for driving under the influence, the individual was then processed, with a formal breathalyzer confirming a BAC of 0.111%.
