A domestic dispute escalates dramatically when a woman, previously involved in a high-profile national tragedy, allegedly threatens violence. On January 4, 2023, officers responded to a residence for a domestic disturbance, but departed without an arrest. Immediately after their departure, the suspect, a woman in her 40s-50s wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with an "Anda Borracho" accordion graphic, allegedly threatened to kill the disabled male victim while he slept, prompting a second urgent call to law enforcement. The victim, expressing extreme fear, agreed to press charges, leading officers to return to the scene. Upon their arrival, the suspect exited the home yelling at the victim, and was subsequently taken into custody and charged with threatening to perform an act of violence, intimidation, and assault and battery. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
