Police Narrative - "I responded to the above location reference a complaint of illegal gambling. On scene, I spoke with Ryan, who stated that the listed location had gambling machines inside. Ryan stated that they refused to give him cash for his winnings. Natasha Hamed was on scene and identified herself as the owner of the establishment. I asked if she possessed any gambling machines inside. Hamed stated that she did and showed me the location of where they were. In the back room were five in total gambling machines. When asked if she had a license in order to own/operate the machines, Hamed stated that she was in the process. Hamed agreed to sign a consent form to allow officers to search the business. Officers seized and collected the listed ltems from the business.
