Two street-level dealers from Texas traveled to Oklahoma to purchase black-market marijuana with the intent of transporting it back to Texas. While returning home, local authorities attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle they were traveling in. Instead of stopping, the suspects fled, reaching speeds of 120 mph. During the pursuit, the occupants threw multiple items, including a loaded firearm, out of the vehicle window. Authorities attempted several high-risk PIT maneuvers in an effort to stop the fleeing vehicle. The pursuit ultimately ended when authorities forced the vehicle off the roadway, causing the truck to overturn. They both got hit with multiple charges.
