A routine stop for a disabled vehicle quickly uncovers a shocking level of driver impairment, leading to immediate police action. Responding to a disabled SUV with a flat tire, an officer encountered a middle-aged female driver exhibiting slurred speech and a distinct odor of alcohol. Despite denying consumption, the driver refused to provide identification and subsequently failed multiple field sobriety exercises, struggling to follow instructions and maintain balance. Based on these observations, she was placed under arrest for operating under the influence. Later, at the station, breath samples revealed an alarming blood alcohol content of 0.332%, more than four times the legal limit, resulting in multiple summonses before her release to a responsible party. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
