Bratenahl Police became aware of a driver of a car thirstily trying to get their attention. The man, who was later identified as Joseph, was caught on police dashcams doing donuts at intersections and driving down the wrong side of the street. Despite the incident happening at 3am with few cars on the road, police were reluctant to engage with the man or pursue the man, which only seemed to cause the driver to try harder. Eventually police decided enough was enough, and the driver was introduced to K9 Officer Cash. When police searched the man, he was found to have a Glock handg*n with a bullet in the chamber, and 22 rounds in the clip.
