@Copwatchtv obtained body and dash cam footage of a traffic stop in New Mexico. The suspect Richard Strach was driving the wrong way on an interstate in New Mexico. Sheriff's deputies and state police were able to pull him over. He failed field sobriety tests but most notable was the fact that the driver was wearing high heels during the test.
