Lieutenant Stang shared one of the most nail biting stories from our agency - the night he was shot. Although he believed he was having complications with radio communication and couldn’t call for help, the Eagle was overhead and sending units to his location as he continued to drive around searching for another officer. Thankfully they were watching him because he was losing a lot of blood and fast - even the Eagle’s camera picked up the heat signature. Lieutenant Stang lived to tell this tale and so many more in the latest episode of 56. Listen on your favorite podcast app at pinellassheriff.gov/56podcast
