On October 20, 2022, Shrewsbury Patrolman Zibrin observed a vehicle allegedly traveling 60 mph in a 35 mph zone on the wrong side of the road. He initiated a traffic stop of the 30 year-old female driver. She admitted that she was returning from dinner with friends and had consumed some alcohol. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety exercises. Upon completion, she was placed under arrest for DUI. An interesting conversation ensues while she and Patrolman Zibrin are enroute to the police station. She can't understand how this could happen because she ate food at the restaurant and even has a receipt to prove it. The outcome of the court case is detailed at the end of the video.
