Officers responded to a possible intoxicated driver near Scotty’s Beer & Liquor in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. The first officer arrived and observed an older male inside the vehicle with his pants down around his ankles. The driver appeared intoxicated and slow to respond. The officer attempted to get the suspect to roll down the window which he had difficulty doing. The driver put the car in drive and drove across the lot and was unable to negotiate a turn and hopped the curb and struck a tree. This video was obtained through Public Records Requests.
