This traffic stop was for speeding, then the driver and one of the passengers switched seats to try and fool the cop. The cop was being very cool with this guy, it was interesting how much conversation the suspect was having with the cop. He clearly seemed nervous and apparently for good reason. The cop seems to run his information in multiple states as this traffic stop was in Indiana and the suspect has ties to both Ohio and Illinois. The cop had mentioned multiple times that he was going to be let go and this wasn't a big deal. Then he noticed a warrant out of Ohio for murder and that changed things, his friends were allowed to leave and he was taken to jail. He was extradited from Indiana to Ohio and booked in the Lucas County Jail on a murder charge. He was later arraigned on a $1 million bond. Charged with: One count of aggravated murder Two counts of aggravated burglary Two counts of murder One count of felonious assault He is accused of killing his girlfriend. Case is pending. *These are just charges, the people in these videos should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
