During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Yoni Delgado-Belen of New York, NY along with a 29-year-old male, Luis Hernandez-Bermudez of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(2)]. Both Mr. Delgado-Belen and Mr. Hernandez-Bermudez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
