A seemingly minor dispute over a missing ashtray rapidly escalates into a public disturbance, setting the stage for a violent confrontation with law enforcement. On a Sunday night outside a bar, an individual became highly agitated, repeatedly demanding answers about a cigar ashtray, vehemently denying she smoked cigarettes. This verbal escalation occurred amidst an ongoing fight that deputies were attempting to de-escalate. As officers intervened, the individual, identified in the context as Elisa Armstrong, allegedly punched a deputy and continued to resist arrest.
