During the incident, a suspect was detained after initially ignoring police commands. The suspect was found to have previously trespassed at this location and was in possession of crack cocaine. The suspect was arrested and charged with shoplifting, trespassing, obstruction, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) on a summons. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
