11:49 Start of Field Sobriety Testing 26:13 Arrival at Police Station where she pees on herself 40:41 Arrival at hospital where she goes berserk On March 19, 2023, Mount Vernon Police Officers responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Martinez located the vehicle, which was parked in a parking lot. He approached the woman who stated that everything was fine. However, the police report indicates that Sgt. Martinez smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle. When Officer Espinoza arrived, he asked the 22-year-old woman to perform standardized field sobriety tests. Due to her inability to perform the tests, she was placed under arrest for DUI. She was transported to the Mount Vernon police station, where she decided to urinate on herself and then sit in her puddle of urine. Officers applied for a search warrant to draw the woman's blood since she refused to provide a breath sample. She was transported to the hospital, where she had a meltdown and repeatedly stated that she hated men. Finally, she was transported to the Skagit County Jail, where she was charged with DUI and Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer. Her blood alcohol level was 0.22%.
