On December 27, 2024, a 22-year-old pizza store employee in Rio Rancho, New Mexico got drunk at work and tried to drive home. A police officer stopped her. She flirted with him through the entire stop. She failed the sobriety tests. She was arrested. Three months later — on April 7, 2025 — the same woman, now 23, crashed her car into a curb in the same city. When officers asked her to do sobriety tests, she refused. Her reason? "Last time I did the tests, I got arrested." She thought the tests were the problem. They were not. Her BAC was 0.26 — more than three times the legal limit. This is both bodycams.
