#news #police #arrest #cops #cheating Report: On 02/15/2022, officers responded to an altercation that had just occurred. officers spoke with the two victims. Victim 2 stated that the suspect came into her tent while holding an axe gripped in her hand and started yelling at the victim 2 while brandishing the axe. victim 1 then said she sat on victim 2s lap to prevent the suspect from reaching the victim 2. The suspect then ransacked victim 1s tent by throwing her belongings all over. The suspect and victim 1 continued yelling loudly back and forth. The suspect then picked up victim 1s outdoor table up and slammed it on the ground. Victim 1 said that the suspect was walking with the axe held in a closed fist and was swinging the axe at of them, at which point victim 1 pulled her pocket knife out in order to defend herself. Victim 1 said they rolled on the ground while she was trying to get the axe away from the suspect. While rolling on the ground victim 1 received several cuts and scrapes all over her arms and got dirt on her clothing. She said the suspect decided to get off victim 1 and take her propane tank and go back to her tent when victim 1 left down the hill to call the police. The suspect then came over to victim 1s tent opening and jabbed her index finger into victim 2s face in a poking motion. The suspect then began brandishing the axe in victim 2s direction. Victim 2s stated that she had to lean back so the axe would not touch her. Victim 1 then sat in the middle of the suspect and victim 2 to prevent any further contact. Victim 2 stated that the suspect began throwing the belongings in victim 1s tent onto the ground. Victim 1s and the suspect left out of the tent and started fighting on the ground. Victim 2 stated that the axe was under victim 1 and that the suspect was on top of her holding victim 1 down. Victim 1 and the suspect separated. Victim 1 and victim 2 walked down to Bigger Vision to call the police. The suspect was in her tent when officers approached the area. She was wearing a green shirt. Suspect said she was talking to victim 2 directly about her not wanting her to be in her part of the woods or sleeping with her boyfriend, "Blue." When the suspect did not get any response from victim 2 she went over to victim 1s tent to let victim 2 know that she was not welcome there. The suspect said she did not have the axe at this time and only wanted victim 2 to leave the woods. The suspect said that victim 1s tackled her to the ground and stared to cut her with the pocket knife. The suspect said she was just trying to hold victim 1 down so she wouldn't be harmed. Based on the witness testimony and physical evidence, officers arrested the suspect for the offenses of simple battery, for poking victim 2 repeatedly in the face with her finger, as well as battery for jumping on victim 1s and causing visible injuries to her arms. The suspect was transported to the Clarke County jail and turned over to the sheriff's office.
