The investigation revealed that Camp had taken a rental Kia from Washington state without authorization to leave the state and failed to return it, leading to a stolen vehicle report. During the arrest, Camp made explicit sexual and physical threats against the officers' families and claimed he could destroy their lives via high-level military connections.
