Around two in the morning, Joliet police found a car parked in a dark alley with the engine running, the lights off, and the driver crouched down inside. When she would not cooperate, officers broke the window to get her out. This is one moment from a longer stop that turned into an attempted escape and a forcible arrest. The full breakdown is on the channel. We obtain footage like this through public records requests. You can look up any agency and start your own at https://foia.direct. #DUI #BodyCam #Police #Shorts
