On July 13, 2023 , Roswell Police Officer Nunez stopped a female driver for a traffic infraction. She admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the day. As a result, she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety exercises. She was subsequently placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the Roswell police station. The results of her evidentiary breath test were 0.20% and 0.19% BAC.
