On August 25th, 2025, at approximately 5:38 PM, I was patrolling the Phoenix Avenue area in reference to two suspects wanted by the Fort Smith Police Department in connection to a recent drive-by shooting. While in the area, | observed a motorcycle traveling through a parking lot across from my location. The operator was wearing clothing consistent with the description of one of the suspects. The motorcycle crossed Jenny Lind Road and entered the gas station parking lot, where I was positioned. turned around, ran the license plate displayed on the motorcycle, and learned the tag was fictitious and expired. I began following the motorcycle, at which point the operator began driving in circles through the lot with me directly behind him. The motorcycle then exited onto Phoenix Avenue, rapidly accelerating eastbound. I activated my emergency lights and siren and notified dispatch. The motorcycle began weaving in and out of traffic in a reckless manner, reaching speeds of approximately 95 MPH or greater. After passing through the intersection of Old Greenwood Road, the operator entered the westbound lanes while still traveling eastbound. After a short distance, the subject slowed down, allowing me to maneuver and block him in. The operator dropped the motorcycle and fled southbound on foot. I exited my patrol unit and placed the subject on the ground near the rear of my unit. The subject refused to comply with commands to place his hands behind his back. Trooper Diego arrived on s c e n e a n d assisted m e in taking the subject into custody. The operator was identified a s Robby Walker. Further investigation determined the displayed license plate did not belong to the motorcycle, and the VIN had been ground off. A wrecker service was called to tow the motorcycle. I transported the subject to the Sebastian County Jail for booking. Mr. Walker was charged with 27-20-106: MOTORCYCLE - RIDING WITHOUT OPERATORS LICENSE, 27-14-306: FICTITIOUS TAGS, 27-14-701: OWNER FAIL TO REGISTER VEHICLE - EXPIRED TAGS, 27-22-104: NO LIABILITY INSURANCE, 27-16-303: DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE, 27-50-308(b)(1)(A) 1ST: RECKLESS DRIVING - 1ST OFFENSE - PHYSICAL INJURY, 5-54-125(d)(3) 2023: FLEEING - FELONY - VEHICLE OR CONVEYANCE - SUBSTANTIAL DANGER OF DEATH AND 27-14-2211: ALTER/CHANGE ENGINE OR OTHER NUMBERS follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lrhn_caash/ 😎 follow me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564018231627 😎 follow me on twitter https://x.com/LRHN_Cash ✨😎 follow me on tiktok https://www.tiktok.com/@lrhncaash?_t=8fvtVaP3a9u&_r=1 😎✨ Follow me on twitch https://www.twitch.tv/lrhn_cash 🥶 Follow me on Snapchat https://snapchat.com/t/SbtgTt7z 😎 #lrhncash #lrhn #policechase #highspeedchase
