She was on strict probation which she violated by drinking alcohol. I apologize about the language if it offended anyone. Susan was charged with: THREATENING A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, Statute 836.12 She was sentenced to 180 days in jail. She only served 91 days and was released.
