NOTE: It was REALLY windy, sorry if the audio is not great. This guy has been a long-time process server. He allegedly tried to serve an inmate with a set of documents that had the paperwork glued together and had a hollowed-out section containing 15 cellphones, 17 phone chargers, and a small bag of pills, later identified as Xanax. The inmate that he was supposed to be serving paperwork to was serving a life sentence for murder and his name was not found on any of the paperwork. https://www.tcpalm.com/story/news/crime/st-lucie-county/2025/04/29/former-st-lucie-republican-executive-committee-chair-kenneth-nail-jailed/83349517007/ He claimed that he did not know what was in the documents, said he was paid $100 to deliver them. I don't know what the hell to think..Is this dude a victim? or did he know what was in the documents? If you are wondering why would someone smuggle phones and chargers into a prison? $$$$ Inmates pay a fortune for them, obviously they are not supposed to have them..usually it's the guards bringing them in so they can make some extra cash. I can't remember seeing a process server bringing these items in before. *all suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 00:03 Talks to Staff 01:39 Talks to Suspect 15:35 The Contraband found 18:22 Handcuff Time
