On July 18, 2025, Flagler County Sheriff's Deputies responded to "Smiles", a bar in Palm Coast, Florida. Witnesses observed a 6-month old baby left alone in a running vehicle, while the 28-year-old mother and 60-year-old father were inside the bar. Both parents were arrested for Felony Neglect of a Child and were transported to the Flagler County Jail. Their cases are still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
