Here is her 2025 arrest that resulted in her probation being revoked: https://youtu.be/ICtZaDhwLCo On January 8, 2024, San Miguel County Sheriff's Deputy Gutierrez attempted to stop a vehicle that had no registration. The car sped off and ran through red traffic lights in an attempt to flee from the police. After a brief pursuit, the car crashed into a pole and became disabled. The 18-year-old driver and her male companion fled on foot. The driver was quickly apprehended and the male was caught a few minutes later. It turns out that the driver was allegedly drunk, was in possession of alcohol, and had no license or insurance. After being transported to the hospital, she was able to make a telephone call to her grandmother, which was captured on body camera.
