Just like sovereign citizenship "Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union" is a misinterpretation of an obsolete agreement providing the independence and sovereignty of the original 13 colonial states. It was replaced by the Constitution, which went into effect on March 9, 1789. In this cellphone video shot by the arrestee, she apparently has claimed citizenship status of the earth, and is exempt from all laws. An obvious twisted understanding of an historical decree. Very similar beliefs to the sovereign citizen ideology, but she never uses that phrase. This is a classic video first introduced to the web around 2015.
