Police were called to a Walmart after a customer noticed there was a 1 year old baby in an unlocked vehicle late at night. They informed Walmart management and were able to watch the car to make sure nothing else bad happened. They had to make a store wide announcement over the speakers to get the father to come out after 40 minutes. The baby was checked out and was apparently not in great shape. The suspect was charged with felony child neglect. * all suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
