A domestic disturbance takes a chilling turn when officers, having just departed, are called back to the scene by a death threat. On January 4, 2023, Oklahoma City Police responded to a domestic disturbance at a private residence. After an initial response where no arrest was made, officers departed the scene. Immediately following their departure, the suspect allegedly threatened to kill the disabled male victim while he slept, prompting a second urgent call to law enforcement. Officers quickly re-engaged, contacting the victim by phone, who confirmed the severe threats and expressed being "terrified of her," indicating a desire to press charges. Upon the victim's return to the residence, the suspect emerged, yelling, and was subsequently detained and arrested by officers. She denied making the threats, claiming the victim was "crazy" but also stating "he's not that bad and I love him."
