Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 12:34 a.m. on June 2, 2024, Sea Isle City Patrolman Robert Steven spotted a black 2017 Nissan moving erratically near JFK Boulevard and Landis Avenue. The car crossed the bay bridge, and Steven pulled it over. As he stepped from his patrol car, a man told him he had seen the woman at the yacht club and warned her not to drive. She had ignored him. The Nissan stopped along the roadside, and Steven approached the driver. During their conversation, Steven noticed signs of impairment. The woman said she had three drinks at a wedding that night. She began a sobriety test, completing the eye test, or HGN, but refused the other tests. After seeing her poor driving, learning she had been drinking, and hearing her refusal, Steven arrested her. The Nissan was taken to an impound lot for 12 hours under John's Law. Steven drove her to the Sea Isle City police station for processing. He read her the motor vehicle operator's statement, but she did not provide a valid breath sample. She received tickets for DUI, refusing the chemical test, reckless driving, marked-lane and wrong-way violations, driving without a license, and having an unregistered car.
