Friday, August 29, 2025, at approximately 3:13 p.m., I was in the area of State Highway 157 and State Highway 13. The White County Sheriff’s Department advised they were in pursuit on Yankee Road heading southbound towards State Highway 157. As I approached the intersection of Yankee Road, I encountered the ongoing pursuit and assumed a secondary position. The suspect was traveling westbound on State Highway 157 toward State Highway 385, reaching speeds of 117 MPH. The suspect crossed State Highway 385 and proceeded onto Cedar Corner Road, continuing westbound. I was unable to assume the primary position due to road conditions and terrain. The suspect then turned onto Moccasin Bend Road, continued westbound, and subsequently left the roadway, driving through a field. At this point, a female passenger, later identified as Carlee Blue, exited the vehicle. The driver continued until the vehicle crashed into a ditch. The driver, who was identified as Brandon Guthrie, took off on foot but was captured by a deputy. The first male passenger, who was identified as Damon Ralph, took off on foot as well and was captured. The second male passenger, who was identified as Billy Stofan JR. exited the vehicle but then surrendered due to injuries. Carlee Blue was later placed into custody not far from where she took off.
