Around midday, officers were dispatched to a coastal avenue following a report of two individuals engaged in sexual activity directly on the beach. Patrolwoman Amy Beringer, alongside Sergeant Edward Junquet and Special Officer Ayana Contreras, entered the beach via a private entrance to investigate. They quickly located the couple, later identified as Amanda Mohr and Edgar Dillon.
