Guy went to get his drivers license from the DMV, he did not have the proper documents to be able to get that DL. He ended up calling the police himself thinking they would somehow help him get the drivers license after being denied. Of course, that is not really a police matter and they did not help him. Things really went south when he starts talking trash as he was walking away. He was charged with Felony AGGRAVATED BATTERY. *ALL suspects in these videos should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 00:08 Cops Arrive 02:35 You have to go 03:35 Tough Guy Act 04:14 Threat made
