On July 1, 2022 at 9:15PM, Deputy O'Neill was on patrol on US 1 when he observed a red Honda sedan unable to maintain its speed or lane. At one point, the car swerved partially into oncoming traffic. Upon stopping the vehicle, the deputy learned that the same vehicle had been reported as a reckless driver a short time earlier.
