#news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 06/23/2022, At approx. 05:30, Officers responded to a disturbance While officers were en route, dispatch that the suspect was in an argument with his mother. Dispatch also reported that the suspect has two bond conditions with the Magistrate Court. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the suspect and the victim. The suspect kept pacing back and forth. The suspect was rather animated, and he kept cussing at the victim/mother. After multiple attempts to speak with the suspect and the victim, the officers were able to speak with them. the suspect claimed that the victim came into his room, and she threw him out. Additionally, the suspect claimed that the victim hit him. The suspect claimed to have filmed the altercation between them. However, in the video it only showed the victim packing up the suspect's clothes. While officers were speaking with the victim, they asked the mother if the suspect was physically violent or anything. The victim claimed that the suspect was arguing with her, and when she was trying to pack up his clothes, the suspect would get into her face, and he would point his fingers at her. The suspect currently has two special conditions of bonds through the Magistrate Court. The suspect was in violation of both bond conditions. The suspect violated the condition by not staying away from the victim and her apartment. Additionally, the suspect was in violation of this bond conditions The suspect was placed under arrest and transported him to the county jail.
