A serene day at the beach took an unexpected turn when officers investigated reports of public indecency, leading to immediate arrests. At approximately 12:36 PM, law enforcement responded to a report concerning two individuals engaged in sexual activity on a public beach. Upon arrival, officers located a male and female, with the female initially topless, and requested she cover herself. The situation quickly escalated as officers gathered statements from multiple beachgoers who confirmed witnessing the lewd act, with one witness providing critical video evidence that corroborated their accounts. Following the confirmation, officers advised both individuals they were under arrest for lewdness, granting them a brief opportunity to dress and collect their personal belongings before being escorted to separate patrol vehicles.
