@Copwatchtv obtained lapel video from Sandoval County of a drunk driver incident involving Albuquerque Police Department Nick Laskar being pulled over for erratic driving on Zia Pueblo land. A Zia Pueblo Police officer pulled over Laskar. The officer requested Sandoval County Sheriff's officers for back up on the case. The County took over the case and performed the sobriety tests. Laskar failed them and he was placed under arrest. He was taken to Sandoval County Detention Center where he agreed to one breath test and blew a .20 BAC. The Albuquerque Police Department vehicle was retrieved from scene and Laskar no longer works for APD. His trial is pending.
